Why, Jacob why?
Have you ever looked at something someone has made and thought “I’ll never be that good. It’s impossible. There’s a level of greatness there that is unattainable to someone like me.”
Well, one that’s a normal thought. And two, stop — that’s not helpful at all.
Talent is cool, but way overrated. And it’s beyond our control to boot. We have what we have and it’s hardly worth thinking about for any length of time. There are things that we do control, that are worth our time:
